Placing Your Order
Please make a note of the product code numbers and price
if you wish to purchase any of our products. You
will need these to complete your ORDER FORM. You
may do this on-line or, if you wish, you can download
the form and send it to us at Anna’s Interiors, North
Lodge, Church Close, West Runton, Cromer, Norfolk,
NR27 9QY.

We will then contact you by email or by telephone
to confirm the order and give delivery details,
including delivery charge. This additional charge
will depend on the size of the order and the location
of the delivery. You will then be sent an invoice which must
be paid in full before delivery of your order can take place.

Before you
order you should ensure that the items fit into your
rooms, and that reasonable access for delivery is possible.

Payment
You will be sent an invoice after you have placed your order.
This invoice must be paid in full before delivery of your order
can take place. Payment for all orders should be made in pounds
sterling (?). The prices include VAT. Invoices will include
the delivery charge.
Delivery
We will arrange for your goods to be delivered to the address
you give on the order form. Delivery will usually
occur within 28 days of the order being placed, although exceptionally
some items may take longer. You will be contacted to arrange
a date and approximate time for the delivery. It is important
you inform us of any access restrictions, both internal and external,
that might prevent or hinder successful delivery.

Your order will
be delivered to the ground floor of your property.
Please ensure someone is available when your order is delivered.
There will only be one driver per delivery, it may be possible
to provide an additional circumstance but this would be at an
agreed extra charge to you.

You will be asked to sign a delivery
note to accept delivery of your order. Please check thoroughly
all items before you sign the delivery note. In the unlikely
event that part of your order is damaged or broken, please record
this on the delivery note. You should also contact us immediately
by telephone so that we can arrange for the item to be returned
with the delivery driver, and for a replacement or full refund
to be arranged.
Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with the goods and wish
to cancel your order, you should let us know in writing or by
e-mail within 7 working days after the date you received your
order. The goods should be returned to us within 14 days of informing
us, at your cost unless the order is returned with the deliver
driver. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged
in transit if returned by you. Therefore we strongly recommend
you have sufficient insurance cover for the returned items, and
that you also use registered mail, or equivalent. We can only
accept returned items that are undamaged, in their original condition
and packaging, and with a completed returns form. We will refund
the full purchase cost less delivery and any reasonable associated
costs within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

We will replace
badly marked or damaged items. The driver must
be notified at the time of delivery and the damaged recorded
on the delivery note. We will not accept any claim if the
delivery note is simply signed as unchecked. You should inform
us by telephone immediately in order that we can arrange for
the item to be returned with the driver. We will then contact
you to arrange a replacement or full refund of your purchase
costs, including all carriage costs, once we have confirmed
the reason for the return.

If we are unable to deliver furniture,
because there is unsuitable or no access, and have to bring
back the item, we will provide a refund of the purchase cost
less delivery, return and storage costs.
Description
We have taken every care to ensure the description and specification
of our products is correct on our website or catalogue. Every
effort has been made to display colours accurately; however light
variation in the actual goods may occur. Additionally every reasonable
effort has been made to ensure colour and finish of our goods
are consistent, but you should note there is some variation with
hand-finished, natural products.
